Tim experience of thousands daily proves that no preparation of Iron can be compared with it. Impurities of tho blood, depression of vital enorcy, pale and otherwise nickly complexions indicate its necessity in almost every coneoivable case. Innoxious in all maladies in which it has been tried, it has proved absolutely irative in o«»ch of tho follo-.v-ing com plaints, viz Chlorosis, Liver Complaints, Chronic Head aches. Rheumatism, Intermittent Fevers, Pim ples on the Faco, &c. Incases of GKNEnAirDEBitrrr, whether the result of ac-.te disease, or of the continued diminution of nervous and muscular energy from chronic complaints, ono trial of this re storative has proved snecessful to an extent which no description nor written attestation would render credible. Invalids so long bed ridden .°.s to have become forgotten in their own Jieighborhoocls, have suddenly re-ap peared in tho busy world as if just returned from protracted travel in a distant, land. Some very signal instances of this kind are attested of female si ITercrs. emaciated victims of ap parent marasmus, sanguineous exhaustion. critical changes, nnd that complication of ner vous and dyspeptic aversion to air and exer- and .... ope- ration of this preparation of iron must neces sarily he salutary, for. nnliko tho old oxides, it is vigorously tonio, without being editing and overheating and gently, regularly ape ricut, even in the most obstinate cases "of cos tiveiiess without ever being a gastric purgative, or indicting a disrtgrcoablo sensation. It is this latter property, among otliors, which makes it so remarkably effectual and permanent a remedy for Piles, upon which it also appears to exert a distinct and specific action, by dispersing the local tendency which forms them. In DrsPXPsiA, innumerable are its causes, a single box of those Chalybeate Pills has often sufficed for the most habitual cases, iucluding tho attendant Gxtiveness. In unchecked DIAIIRUCEA, even whon ad vanced to DYSENTERY, confirmed, emaciating, and apparently malignant, the effects have been equally decisive and astonishing. In the local pains, loss of flesh and strength, debilitating cough, nnd remittent hectic, which generally iu'Ucate ISCIPIKNT CONSUMPTION, this remedy has allayed the alarm of friends and physicians, in several very gratifying and in teresting instances. In SCROFULOUS TUBERCULOSIS, this medica ed iron bus had fur m«ro than tho good offset of tho most cautiously balanced preparations of iodine, without any of their well known liabilities. Tho attention of females cannot be too con fidently invited to this remedy and restorative, in tho cases peculiarly affecting them. In RaEUSfATisx, both chronic and inflamma tory—in the latter, however, more decidedly— it has boon invariably well rop'orted, both as alleviating pain and reducing tho swellings and stiffness of the joints and muscles. In INTERMITTENT FEVSRS it must necessarily bo a great remedy and energetic restorative, and its progress in the new tettlcments of tho West, will probably be one of high renown and Usefulness. No remedy has ever been discovered in the whole history o4 medicine, which exerts sneh prompt, happy, and fully restorative effects.— Good appetite, complete digestion, rapid ac quisition of strength, with an unusual dispo sition for active and cheerful oxorciso, imme diately follow its use.
