The Times considered the musical part of the programme aa very happy ana ap propriate. The speeches were all marked by dignity and modest reserve, and con gratulates the Centennial Commission ers on the successful issue to their long and arduous labors. . The Tribune congratulates the Nation upon the assured sucoess of the Exhibi tion. The national' reputation was largely staked upon the venture. Every thing went off satlsiactory and punc tually.
