last night (rounded on a sand bar before Fort
MoAUislet aad was diaoorered by the Yankea
fleet. The Yankee ironclad opened fir

oast seven o'clock and continued it until ten
o'clock, when an intendiary shell struck the
Nashville and set her on fire. She U now a
total wreck.
The fort fired upon the Ironclad and kit
