Albert Pangburn vs. Philurah A. Pangburn.
THE defendant, Pliilurah A. Pangburn, will take
notice that on the second day of August, 1855,
the plaintiff, Albert Pangburn, filed his petition for
divorce in the court of common pleas of Wood
county, Ohio, setting forth in substance that on or
about the 20th of July, 1849, he entered into the
marriage contract with Philurah A. Giles, now
Philurah A. Pangburn, at Jackson township, Han
cock county, Ohio; that he faithfully performed all
the duties appertaining to the marriage contract;
and setting up as cause for divorce, gross neglect
on the part of said Philurah to perform the duties
of a wife, and the commission of adultery with di
vers persons. Said petition will be for hearing at
the October term of said court.

BY virtue of an order order of sale from the court
of common pleas, to me directed in this case, I
shall expose to public sale at the door of the court
house in Perrysburg, Wood county, Ohio, on the
20th day of September, 1855, between the hours of
one and four o'clock, p. m , the following described
property, to wit: Twenty-one acres off the south
end of the west half of the north west quarter of
section thirty-one, in township five north, of range
eleven east, in Wood county, Ohio : to be sold sub
ject to widow' dower, which has been assigned by
metes ana Dounas. Terms ot sale, cash, j in ii
months, and residue in 12 months from day of sale,
deferred payments to be secured.
