Free Turnpike from the Findl 'uy to the McCulchenville Jioad. Six cents per acre on all real estate within one half mile of said road, and three cents per acre on all real estate within the next adjoining half mile. Jluil Prairie Free Turnpike lload. Six cents per acre on all lands within cue mile of said road, south of river tracts 01 and G2. Liberty Township and MillonviUe Free Turnpike lioud. Ten mills on the dollar of the valuation of all taxable real estate within one mile on each side of said road, and live mills on the dollar upon all the taxable real estate within the second tier of sections on the west side of said road, except that no hinds north of town 0 range 10 are so taxed but the south half of section 34, and south east quarter of section 33, town 1, I.'. S. K.. upon which are levied livej mills on the dollar. . Center Free Turnpike. On all lands within one half mile of said road ten cents on the acre, except lands on each side of said road lying between the McCutchenville Koad and the north quarter post of section 27, town 4, U.S. It.,! on which a tax of five cents per acre is levied. East Oregon Free. Turnpike. . ' "Five cents on each acre on all hinds within cue half mile on each side of said road, excepting the Maumee & Western Keserve road tracts within said limits. ' Webster and Troy Free Turnpike. Six cents per acre on all lands within one half mile of said road, and three cents per acre within the! next adjoining half mile. liollcraviJle and Portage Free, Turnpike. ' Two cents per acre on all lands within one mile of said road, and one cent per acre on tdl lands more than one mile and less than two miles from said road. Portage Free Turnpike. A special tax is levied on all lands within one mile north of said road, in the township of Portage; all lands within two miles north of said road in the townships of Liberty and Milton, and on all lands MHitli of said road in said three tow nships, except on the north half south cast quarter, and the north half north east quarter of section 9 ; the north half south west quarter of section lit, and the north: quarter of section 15, all in town 4 north of range 10 east, to wit : On all lands lying within one half! mile of said road, 4 cents per acre. 3 cents per acre on till lands lying within the second half mile, 2, cents per acre on all lands within the third half mile of said roadand 1 cent per acre on all other lands taxable on said road. Free Turnpike Bead from the Liberty tf' Miltonville Road, boulh to the County line. Three cents per acre on ail lands within one niile of said road, and two cents per acre on all lands on the half mile next adjoining. Milton Montgomery Free Turnpike. Notice is hereby given that the commissioners of Wood county, at their September session, lt55, ordered a view ami survey of the following proposed road, to wit: Heginning at the south end of Samuel E. Burns' lane, in Per ry township, thence south east to a hickory elm trie on the Beet ion line between sections twenty-seven and thirty-four, thence south cast to Enoch Uie ctnnd'8 farm, nnd continue on a south easterly di rection to post, thence to the county road on Da vid Hiestand'sfarm ; and that the viewers and sur veor will meet on the 10th of October, 1855, at the jio'une of Samuel K.
