Another Outrage in Kansas.
We have just learnt d that the Kansas
Tribune bus bten f lult d. Mr. Joseph
L. Specr, one of itsrdiiors, was lately assaul
ted by a gang of Missouri out-throats, ami
most shot kingly beaten. 'His lace and herd
were horribly mangled bis face was cut

was quite killed. We have learned no fur
