clerk of the court of common pleas in said Wood
count y, asking for the foreclosure of a certain mort
gage deed executed by said Isaac Marshall on the
12th day of May, 13j5. conveying to said plaintiff
the following described land, situate in Wood coun
ty, Ohio: The north west fractional quarter
section number eighteen (IS,) in township number
six (G,) north of range twelve (12,) containing one
hundred and twenty acres, more or less, nnd asking
judijineut for two hundred and ninety dollars, with
interest from the 12th day of May, 18'3, and that
said land may be sold to pay the same. Said de
