Section 1. He it enacted by the General Assembly of the Slate of Ohio, Thut I he county commissioners of any county in which any of such swamp or overflowed lands may he situat", and for the. draining and reclamation of which, contracts have here tofore h'cn let, uiivl'r the act to which this is supplementary, may, at their discretion. renw such contracts, when the same have expired by the limitation of said act, upon the same terms us oiighrilly mad-' ; said con tracts not to bo renewed for a term of more than two years from their expiration, under thi act to which this is supplementary. Section 2. Said county commissioners mav, when they deem it necessary, n-quire additional bonds, payable, lo thrn, for the is. of the. county, from contractors renew ing their contracts us aforesaid, with securi ty to the satisfaction of said commissioners, for the. faithful performance, of their ton- tracts, in such reasonable timj as the said commissioners may designate, not exceeding two us above provided.
