TIE LIBERAL DEMOCRAT HOME TALENT PLAY BY ' CO. E NEXT WED-THURS. The National Guards will put on a home talent play next week Wed nesday and Thursday, June 22-2$ at the Majestic theatre. The title of the bm is "It'a All In the Pastry." A play that the Melville Stock Com pany played for an opening bill ior 28 weeks with success. It is a beau tiful western comedy drama in three acts, true to life a strong: story that drifts from the 'south to the extreme west with a comedy role that will make your -sides ache with laughter. The story of a prodigal son'r re turn with his many hardships will make tears come to your eyes. Both comedy and drama are properly mix ed.. Something yon will losg re member and alweys appreciate Mr. Lawton, the father in the play ed. Somethng you will long remem ber and always appreciate. The prodigal son of the story, has misfortunes ' and his erring ways bring tears to' the hardest hearts. This is played by Capt. Hilyard of Co. These parts are played by Vera Young and Wm. Courtney, an ex-service man Mr. Courtney is producing the play for Company E. He is an ex- theatrical man and with the caet chosen he expects to see a play that you will be astounded by the won derful talent displayed. Admission 85c and 60c. SPANISH TEACHER ARRIVES SCHOOL BEGAN THIS WEEK Miss Florida Galljegos ' arrived from Las Vegas, N. M., Monday and Bummer school for the Spanish peo ple will began at once. ' Miss Gallegos will be remembered as the young lady who had charge of the summer school last year and she made many friends, here. Atthat time she taught a class of the church people who wished to learn Spanish. The churches of the city will fi nance 'the ten weeks term thig year. The Spanish people will contribute $20 as an appreciation of the ef fort. A large class of both women and children are attending school. Miss Gallegos is making her home with Mr. and Mrs. T. B.
