weeks on account of the illness
of her mother.
W. W. Pressly received a mes
sage Mondayadvising him of
the death of his sister, at Erie,
Pennyslvania, and of the serious
illness of his' mother. He left
The Meade band accompanied
a large number of Meade citizens
to the Henry J. Allen address
last Tuesday evening at Dodge
City, and occupied a place on the
rostrum of the Beeson Theatre.
They rendered some very pretty
music before one of the largest
