The eight and ten discs have rigid tongues and are built without caster wheels. The twelve, four teen and sixteen disc drills are built with hinged tongues and have caster wheels under the front of frame, thus removing the excessive neck- weight that otherwise could not be avoided in bnilding large size drills of this class. ?
