Election Returns Show Nebras

the republicans both state and electoral
ticket except Kentucky." Nebraska is
still claimed by both sides. Bryan made
great grains in all the eastern states.

Indiana Tuesday' election re
sulted in a plurality of anywhere
from 28,000 to 32,000 for the Keput
licao natinnl ticket, the iriumph of
the entire Repub ican stale ticket,

gremmen. North Dakota The Republican
phirnlliy in Nortn Dakota will be
10.00ft to 12,000. There Is no quesilon

New Jersey McKinley's p'uralify
is 55,000.
Wisconsin McKinley will have
106.003 majority.
Wyoming Returns from 174 pre
cincts out of 3C0 in Wyoming Rival
majority of 3,000 for McKinley.
Kentucky A Western Union built

says: "Returns from 75 counties com

1,215 precincts out of a total of 1,877
nreclncts in the state, give Bryan i&v

154,036; Yerkes, 138,877.
Montana Fuller returns of 'yester
day's Toting in this state confirms the
preliminary estimates s?ot out last
nieht. Brvan's plurality will be from
15.000 to 18,000.
Virginia The additional returns re
ceived today confirm the reprt sent
out last night that the Democrats
carried the state by about 30,000 and
elected their candidates in every con
gressional distric.

"Returns already indicate lhat the
state will give KcKinley over. 30,000
plurality; that a solid Republican
congressional delegation will be elect
ed; that the legislature will be Re
publican on j-jint ballot, and that the
Republican state ticket il be elected
by 20,000 plurality." At that-me

The Courier-Journal at midnight
said return from tw -thirds of the
counties in the state show Bryan and
Beckham majorities. The result will
depend on the size of the majority In
the Eleventh conitres-ional district,
which Is heavily Republican.
