Waters, appointed justice of the peace of Hale township, approved. Bond of J. B. McGonigal as abstractor ap proved. Moved and carried that the assessment of personal property of E. A. Hall for the year 1888 to the amount of $1,460.00 be strickez. from the tax roll for the reason that same property .Tas assessed to 1st National Bank and taxes paid. Resignation of Roland Hockett, treasurer of Hale township, accepted and Frank O' Lcary appointed to fill vacancy. Moved and carried to adjourn until 3 o'clock p. M.
