As soon as tho road is in Hha(m for heavy traffic the mn chinery for tho great hydro-electrical power plant will bo hauled in and In stalled. The road will follow the obr wagon road from Mayer to tho moutn of Hyen more creek whore it empties into tho Agiia Fria river, and will then be built along Sycnmoro creek to Fred Dugas' ranch, nt the junction of Sycamore and Littlo Sycamore creeks. The survey for tho road, from this point, follows a ridge between the two creeks to the summit of tho Hlack hills, two miles south of Government Gap. Tho gradn to the summit of the divide will bo about C per cent with tho exception of 200 ynrds wnicb will have a 7 pur cent grndo. Crossing tho divido the road lends down to Cold Springs, on the eastern slope of tho range, nnd continues to tho Yerdo river, passing two miles north of Tiniloy's ranch, reaching tho river nt Hot Springs, once owned by a group of I'rescott vHjiltnlists, and continuing down the river to the site of tho plant a half mile below the springs ami near where Fossil creek empties into the Verde.
