Denting, al leging that the construction of the lam, as proposed, would interfere with his occupancy of certain tracts of land in Sections 12 and 13, T. 14 N., R. 2 W.. which he has entered as a homestead and further alleging luvalidit' and lack of good faith, in :nucctiou with Duke's appropriation of water for the proposed project.
