Referring to the ten pointsj in the governor's call as thc "ten commandments," the judiciary committee of the senate has decided that senate bill 22, providing for a reclassification of counties, sen ate bill 27, providing for the con struction of a road to thc Boulder canyon dam-site, and senate bill 24, providing for the election of super visors, all conic within the scope of the call, and arc therefore entitled fb consideration. On Thursday Senator Claypool sprung a motion on the senate call ing for adjournment until 10 a. m. Monday. It is this same senator w.io insists in having the journal read in full, though a printed copy is placed on each member's desk. Representative Jones is sponsoring a measure which would permit the superior court to be held at any point in the county when occasion re quired.
