of the provisions of said act of Congress, it has
been by the Governor of Arizona, and is now
by this Proclamation, ordered: That at the
general election to be held in the said Terri
tory of Arizona on the litii day of November,
P.HKi. the said Delegates apportioned toth said
convention as aforesaid, shaii be vot.-d for by
the electors qualilied to vote at said general
election, in the said several counties.
And it is further o-dered: Unit there shall
also be submitted to the qualified elector at
said general election, a question which shall
be stated on the same ballots on which the
names of candidates for Delegates to the con
vention aforesaid are printed in substance and
form as follows:
