The name of this corporation and by which it shall be authorized to act is "LAS TABLAS COPPER COMPANY". Second. The names of the incorporator! are Samuel B. Grubbs, Paul II. Seymour and Harry Austin Clapp and the principal otJice or place of transacting business of this corpora tion shall be in the town of Nogalcs, sianta Cruz County, Territory of Arizona, but branch oftices may be kept and maintained at such other place or piaces either in the I'nited Hates t- America or foreign countries, as the Hoard of Hirectors may from time to time determine, at any of which offices meetings of the stockholders and directors may be held and all businesj transacted.
