Edward Parker Deacon, the million aire who shot and killed a Frenchman named Abel in Mrs, Deacon's rooms in a Paris hotel while Mrs. Deacon was pres ent is a raving maniac. He was brought to Boston from Europe about a year ago, suffering from nervous prostration, and was placed in a sanitarium.
