A Zouave Regiment.—The following report of a scene which is said to have taken place in the drill room of Col. Wil son’s Zouave Regiment at Now York, shows the patriotic spirit which influen ces the Roughs of that city to enlist in the war. The Colonel addresses his mm: “If th ere is an honest man among you I want you to leave the ranks.” No stir. “If there is one among you who is not a thief lot him go.” All quiet. “If there is any one among you who has not been in tlie penitentiary, let him hold up his hands-” Hands all down. “Men, said the captain, holding up a fine gold watch, “doyou see this?
