) the Circ it Court for Pierce comity, for
the sum of eighty and 45-100 dollars in the
above entitled action. I have levied upon the
following described properly in said county
to-wit : The south-west quarter of north
east quarter of section 2, town 27, range 17,
and the north-west quarter of south-east quar
ter of section 2, town 27, range 17, except a
piece in south-west corner, 21 rods north and
south by 13 rods east and west, which I will
expose and sell at public auction to the highest
bidder, at the front door of J M McKee’s Book
Store, in the City of Prescott, in said county,
on the 81h day of* August. A. D. 1861, at 2
o'clock r. m. tosatisfy said execution and costs.
