D. 1859, in favor of •Md plaintiff and against said defendants in the atiove entitled action, I have levied upon the following described property to-wit the east half of south-west quarter and the west half of south-east quarter of section Tinmb.-r 17, township 26, range 18, and south west quarter of north-wi at quarter section 18. t«j»% nsiiip 26. range 18, and lots 1, 8,2 in block number 4, and eight rods square adjoining sftid lots on the North in the village of Frmk lin; also, defendant's interest in a certain piece of land described as follows, to-wil : commencing at a stake and stone in the centre of the highway indicating the north-west cor ner of a lot sold to Martin Kellogg, running in the centre of said highway ten rods, thence on a line South 80 degrees eastunlil it strikes the Trimbelle stream, said stream forming the Fast and South boundary until it is intersec ted t,y a small rivulet; said rivulet to he the line to the south-east corner of a lot containing one acre deeded to B. F. Spaulding bv the partv of the first part, thence on the cast line of said lot to the nor;h-onst corncir. thence on the north line of said lot to land deeded to Perry D. Pierce, thence northerly on the line ot said lot to land sold to John C. Martin, thence, easterly of the south line of said land until it strikis a line running North 18 West, starting from the north-east corner of the said lot deeded to B. F.
