ON reading and filing an instrument in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of A polios A. Bronson, late of I’rescott, in said county, deceased, and al so the accompanying petition of Mary A. Bronson of Presettt, in said county, repre senting among other things, that the said Apollon A. Bronson died on the 31st day of December, 1865, at his residence in the eity of I’rescott. and that the said instrument is the last will and testament of said deceased, and that the said petioner is the identical Mary A.
