Bronson, deceased.
ON reading and filing an instrument in
writing, purporting to be the last will
and testament of A polios A. Bronson, late
of I’rescott, in said county, deceased, and al
so the accompanying petition of Mary A.
Bronson of Presettt, in said county, repre
senting among other things, that the said
Apollon A. Bronson died on the 31st day of
December, 1865, at his residence in the eity
of I’rescott. and that the said instrument is
the last will and testament of said deceased,
and that the said petioner is the identical
Mary A. Bronson, named and appointed in
and by said last will and testament execu
trix thereof; and praying that a day be ap
pointed for hearing the proofs of said last
will and testament ; It is ordered that said
application be heard before the Judge of this
Court, at his office in the city ot Prescott, on
Monday, the sih day of February. 1866, at
ten o’clock, a. m ; And it is further ordered,
that notice thereof be given to all persons in
terested, by publishing a copy of this order
for three successive weeks, once in«acb week
in the Prescott Journal, a newspaper printed
in Prescott, prior to said day of hearing.
