proved a dead letter, as was prophecicd
of it last winter. Several interesting
cases havo arisen tinder it, and so far nr.
our otservatlon extends, they havo all
boon decided in favor of-tbo unhappy vic
tims of the misery ocasioncd by a liquor
loving father, husband or son.
