TO THOSE WHO DON'T THINK
TO THOSE Wn6 DO THINK.
To those who don't wish to be troubled with
thinking, but like to have their thinking done
by somo one else, toe ny without trephination,
RAD WAY S READY RELIEF
Will relieve those who sudor pains, instantly on
its application externally or by its administra
tion internally, and cuies
Rheumatism in a few hours: bore Ihroatin
(if toon minutes; Tooth-ache in three minutes;
Neuralgia, (paroxysm of,) in flvo minutes;
Cramps iu five minutes; lload-acbe in tun min
utes; Colio in twenty minutes; Diarrhoea in for
ty minutest Luiii bp go, (pains of,) in ton min
utes ; Chills in fifteen minutes : Burns in five
minutes; lafluenza iu a few hours; Croup in
ton minutes ; Spasms in Ave minutes; and deep
soatod pafns by a few applications.
In all cases where pain is felt, the Ready Re
lief should be applied, Taken internally a tea
spoon lull to hair a tumbler or water it will
cure acidity of the stomach, and promote diges
tion ; it is a pleasant and healthy stimulant.
TO THOSE WHO DO TniNK
We say that Radieav'i Rendu Rrtuf is the
most elegant mid powerful mcdicino known in
the world. This is not boasting; try it if you
fuel scoptical and bo convinced. It combines in
its composition the properties of a diffusive
stimulant, an Anti-septic, a mild but effoetivo
Astringent, and a direct power over the norves,
noither narcotio nor anodiiio, that relieves pain
in a manner peculiar to itself, and for which we
havo no word in the English language exactly
to express its action JLho i rcnoh call it Soi-
aiftmnt. So much for its internal administra
tion. When applied externally, it will be found
a pewerful counter-irritant, instantly reddening
the surt'aeo to which it is applied, and withdraw
ing the blood from some neighboring part,
whero it may be eonjented or hmped up, causing
pain and lending to inflammation. It fulfills
tho indication of equalizing the circulation most
cfl'octivcly, and most beautifully to minds that
can understand its action.
TO THOSE WHO THINK.
Now, wo hold that all external remedies nH
cither in cno of two ways, or combine the
action of both. First They act directly upon
the nervous system without touching the blood
vessels tho ianjuiferou syston. All,' Arnica
liniments, nerve linimeBts, etc., belong to this
class, and consequently only benumb the ends o
tbo nerves, without affecting at all the circulnt
tion may temporarily stop pain but have not
the slightest effect iu restoring the equilibrium
of circulation, essential to healthy action : Or
Secondly They act upon the blood vessels with
out, as in the enso' of depletives, (leeches or
cups) regard to tho nervous system. Now, ttyo
fact is that the nerves preside over tho blood
vessels, and an external application to bo effect
ive must act upon both nerves anil blood vessels.
RAD WAY'S HEADY RELIEF,
Wo proclaim, has this double action of assting
ing pain, by its specific effect upon tho nerves
and equalizing tho circulation, by its effect up
on tho blood vossels. Iu this way it relieves and
cures Rheumatism, Lumbago, Tooth-ache, Hcnd
aeho, and a variety of such like complaints.
When taken internally, its astringent and dif
fusive stimulating properties chock in tho moat
natural manner Dinrrhorn, ('olios, nnd other
bowel complaints. M hilst for soro Throats, ac
companied by putresoncy, and for fever patients,
with Typhoid symptoms, an eminent physician
attached to tho New Orleans Hospital, has pros
nounced it far superior as an anfi-'zfi'cand an.
ti-putretcrnt, to the celebrated ran Medicinal
of Raspnil. He administers it internally to hi
patients, and sprinkles his wards with it. Let
tho sick aud all thoso who sutler puin, test its
virtues. RADWAY k CO.,
