No. 66 Commerce street ; that about 1857 said street wua graded by the City Engineer, and that her house was built in accordance with said grade, and that in Jnlv. 1x7:1. Commerce street was graded over and filled up about one and a hall teet higher than the former grading: that on that account her lieute and property is greatly damaged, and made almost untenable; that ilm urutoe rnna undor the house from the street, anil makes it very nahealthy.
