To carry this determination into effect, we have placed our whole city list in the hands of Mr. WILLIAM GILL, who will make the collections, and also attend to the delivery of the Papers, and see that subscribers are served punctually. We hope taia arrangement will be satisfactory to all parties. No one appearing lor the prosecutor, the investigation of thu third charge closed with the remarks from Dr. Howell. The questiou was then put to the Church, and carried unanimously that Rev. J. R.
