Lawton, or Lawton. an uuren County, Michigan, bearing date the twenty cm day of October, one tbouaand eight hun dred and seventy-two, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for the county cf Van liuren, Michigan, on the twentieth day of October, eighteen hundred and seventy three, in liber four of mortgages on page two hundred and fifty-seven, upon which mortgage there is due at the date or this notice, tbe sum or one hundred dollars and interest from October tweuty-firs, 1876, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover tbe same or any part thereor. Default having been made la the payment of the money secured to be paid by a certain mortgage, bearing date on the first day or Marcti, 1873, executed by William II. Bradsbaw and Mary A. Bradsbaw bis wife, rf fine drove, Van Buren Coanty, Michigan, to Thomas B.
