and Mary A. Bradsbaw his wife, ot Pine Crove,
Van Buren County, Miclrgan, to Tbomaa B.
Irwmof l'aw Paw, in said County and State,
which said mortgage was recorded in the oulce
of the Register of Deeds of said county of Van
Buren, in Liber C of mortgages, oa pas?j 17,
on the fourth day of March, A. D. 1S73, and
which mortgage was duly assigned by said
Thomas B. Irwin, to Doliie Dilhe wu the third
day of Mav, 187J, said assignment having been
dulyresorded in the oflico of s.ud Register of
Deeds in Liber 7 of mortgagee, ou pa?e 303,
on tho twelfth day of May, 173. at twelve
o'clock noou, said mortgage being now ownad
bv said assignee, and upon which tliore is
cfaimed to be due at the date hereof, the sum
of two hundred and seventy-two dollars aud
forty cents, principal and interest, being the
whole amount unpaid on said mortgage, be
sides an attorney fee of thirty dohars stipulated
to be paid therein, and no legal proceeding-
having been instituted to recover any par:
thereof, therefore notice is hereby given tbat
on Saturday the twenty-ninth day o' June,
1878, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, pursuant
to a power of sale in said mortgage contained
and the statute in such case made and provided,
there will ba said at pub!:? auction, t) the

Houee in Paw Paw, in said County, said Court
House being tbe .place of holding the Circuit
Court for said County, tbe west half of the
premises described iu said mortgage or so much
