To the Hackley hospital, $200,000, for the pur pose of erecting and equipping a hospi tal b lilding, and the further sum of $.100,000 as an endowment fund for the Hackley hospital. If the cost of erect ing and equipping tho hospital shall bo less than 200,(HX), the ditTerenco between tho cost and the sum of $200,000 is to bo added to, and become a part of tho hospital endowment fund. Whatever sums were paid by the testator in -ins lifetime to the Hackley hospital for these several purposes are to be credited on these respective bequests and deducted therefrom.
