The Tribune this morning announces that Mr. Greeley still suffers from nervous prostration, arising from an almost total loss of sleep for a month or more durine and since his wife's illness. What he needs is the return of his apjotite and sleep to restore tone to his system, and in Kth of these particulars there has been an imnrovemeut this week. A private letter this evening from Chappaqua says that Mr. Greeley s health is slowly improving, though he still suffers from nervous exhaustion and the general prostration of the system with which he was first attacked. His physiciaus think he will be able to return to the city in fif teen or twenty days. Only a few personal friends are allowed to see him, and tho iihvsicians command absolute rest and freedom from excitement. Many letters and telegrams are received daily at the Tribune office inquiring after Mr. dreeley's health and expressing hopes of his speedy recovery.
