Gultport AN ORDINANCE Regulating the Speed of Steam Rail roads, Between Points Within the Corporate Limits of the City Ore week of Lower Trices in Mil linery and Waist-, at Xelms & Blum Co. Section 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Greenville that any railroad company having the right-of-way may run locomotives and cars by steam through the city, from a point where the north side of Union or Lake Street intersects the right-of way of the Yazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad, and from thence southerly along the right-of way of the said Yazoo & Mississippi Valley Railroad ' Company to a point where it crosses on DeLesseps street and 'the right-of-way of the Southern Railroad Company in Mississippi, and from a point where the north l-.m of Washington Avenue . intersects the right-of-way of the Southern Rail road Company in Mississippi; thcne southerly along the right-of-way of said Southern Railroad Company in Mississippi, following its curvature westerly and northerly to where said line of railroad intersects the south line of Central Avenue in said citys at the rate of six miles an hour, and no more. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that it shall not be lawful for any railroad company or I other person to switch a railroad jcar in the manner commonly known as a "flying,"' "running," "walking,'' or "kicking" switch, within the cor porate limits of the city. SECTION 3.
