Two new oompanies have been incorporated in this count v. Thursday afternoon articles of incorporation of the Plains boro Hay and Produce Company, with offices at Plainsboro, were filed at the County Clerk's office. The company will sell hay and produce. Enoch C. Mount is the agent. The capital stock is $10,000 divided into shares of $25 each. Yesterday the Purete Rubber Com pany of Menlo Park, became incorpor ated. They will manufacture rubber and rubber compounds and will sell rubber artioles. Cliavlcs B. Elliott is the agent iu charse. The capital stock is $25,000, divided into shares of $100 each. The number of shares taken covers the full amount invested and $100 more, 251 shares being sub scribed for. The incorporators nre C. B. Elliott and Mary S.
