There seems to be some mystery about the reoent reoonnt conducted by the County Board of Eleotions iu Cranbury to determine as to the eleo tion of the Township Committeeman in which the defeated candidate, A. At the recount sixteen disputed ballots were laid aside for insDecrion by Justice Fort and upon his deoision the election would be finally deter mined. Justice Fort said yesterday that he had not as yet seen the ballots or heard anything about the fact that sixteen had been disputed. He seem ed surprised that the matter had not been brought to his attention and said the people of the township were en titled to a decision in the matter. He was ready to decide the matter at any time and could readily dispose if it at any noon recess in a very short time.
