Martin, on Rector street, for a few ilavs. MR. VENESS BURIED. Steven J. Veness, Sr., a former resident of this city, died at his home in Somerville and was buried in St. Mary’s cemetery in this city, yester day afternoon. Rev. Father Radosci, of the Holy Cross Catholic church, officiated. Mr. Veness leaves a widow, an aged mother and three children. He was fifty-four years old. Mr. Veness lived in Perth Amboy for eight years. He moved to Somer ville in January 1902. He died of heart failure. The pall bearers were Joseph Fisher, John Smith, P.
