It was charged that they acted disorderly at the smelting plant and attempted to re peal with presentation of pay checks. Drost paid he took a loaded revolver from Kupsa after the latter had made threats. Kupsa was ordered held under $500 ball for the grand jury, ajid Hallak was fined {10.
