check shall be forfeited should the suc
cessful bidder fail to enter into contract
and bond within twenty days from the

The successful bidder and contractor
must commence to deliver said stone at

quired and to continue daily delivery of
said stone in such quantities as shall be
ordered by the said Board of Freeholders.
