amount of the issue stated being the mix
imum amount of bonds that may be is*
sued and the sum required to be obtained;
Thirty Thousand Dollars General im
provement Bonds, dated May 1. 1922. de- ;
nomination 11.000. numbered from 1 up
and maturing in numerical order. <2,000 on
May 1st of each of the years 1924 to 1939, _
both inclusive, with interest at four and \
one-half percuitum per annum, payable
•ami-annually May 1st and November 1st.

privilege of registration either as to princi- "

payable at the office of the County Treas
urer in New Brunswick. New Jersey, in
gold coin of the United States of America
of the present standard of weight and

mail in New York Exchange.
The bonds will be prepared under super
vision of the United States Mortgage and
ffrust Company of New York City, which
grill certify as to the genuineness of the
signatures of the- county officials and the .
seal impressed thereon, and the approv- %
jag opinion of Messrs. Caldwell and Ray- .
gaond, of New York City, as to legality \

quiting from the failure of the bidder to
