speeches of the members are condensed Jo

often occurring in procuring the speeches of

page of sold reading matter as the Con
gressional Union.
The Appendix Is made up of the President's
anhual message, the reports of the principal
officers of the government that accompany it,
and all the long speeches of members of
Congress, written out or revised by themselves.

IS hereby given to ths inhabitants of Pqtnam
county, Ohio, that a petition will be
presented to-the commissioners of Putnam County
at their next session on the first Monday in De
cember, being the first day of aaid month, 1845, at
the court house in Kalida in said county, praying
for to lay out a county road beginning on the Find
lay, Gilboa and Miami free turnpike on ths half
section line in section twenty nine, township one,,
north range seven east, thence south on said half
section line, through aaid section twenty-nine and
thirty-two and a part of rection eight in pleasant
township on the half section line as aforesaid to
intersect the Rile; Creek road in said Pleasant
township
