The first and final account of Minnie Canfield, as guardian of Daniel Canfield, filed Suptemher 7, 1b pet for hearing Oqtober 0. The last will and testiment of Jasper N. Morris was duly proved in open court September 8, and admitted to probate and record, after examination of witnesses. Samuel Rbert filed application to bo appointed oxecutor of the will, and letters to that effect were issued, without bond, as directed in the instrument. On application of the executor for the appoint ment of appraisers, the court ap pointed Jasper Cave, John Gardi ner, and John A. McClelland to serve in that capacity. On September 0, report of the annual examination of the county treasury, made September 5 and 0, was made by the examiners, D. W. Wright and A. W. Voris. The amount of fund found in the treasury was $82,510.01. Every thing was reported in good condi tion. John L. The Boston Orchestral Compnny is a very strong attraction. The concert given by local artists is prompted by tho great apprecia tion of the recitals given by tho Eutorpeans and tho general desire to hear other local tulent. Sub scriptions are now being received for $1 tho course. "Tho White Caps," a drama that has caused a groat amount of talk, appears at the Opera House, Monday, Septembor 17. The play is from the pen of Owen Davis and is uudor the manugemont of Joseph W. Conoly.
