The disorganization of foreign exchange is less marked, inter national banking arrangements slowly improving. Efforts to restore more normal transportation facilities with foreign markets are meeting with suc cors. Shipments of grain abroad are1 becoming more extensive and buying for foreign account continues heavy. “The higher prices induced by these purchases cause a considerable expan sion In offerings of wheat from the country, and these sales abroad will hasten a return to more normal condi tions in international exchange.
