If any of the players cannot see their way to sign these contracts they will be allowed to jump to the Federal league or anywhere else that they see tit, as the local management is determined not to dicker with disgruntled and dissat isfied players this season. The abcve was the gist of a statement by President Robert Baugh of the Bir mingham Baseball association, yesterday afternoon, in regards to the threats of several of the local ball tossers to desert organized baseball and cast their fortunes with the outlaw Federals unless large in creases in salary were granted.
