Neill, who several months ago became prominent In Wilmington's business life as president of the Wilmington Handle Company, was bound over to the higher court to answer a charge of giving a worthless check to the Seashore Hotel, at Wrlghtsvllle Ileach. He Is alleged lo have given .' check for over $300 signed by the sec? retary of the handle company. In pay? ment for board for himself and wife.
