resolution and moved its adoption.

the Superintendents of the Poor, in the
case of Eva May Harber vs Peter Shook
and we hereby authorize said Superin
tendent to pay out of the Poor fund Un
necessary expciws in the eae. includ
inn the attorney fees of Mr. Stone.

Mr. Miller moved that the reports of
the Townnhip Clerks on as.e..Mnent of
drain taxes be referred to the Commit
tee on Drainage. Motion carried.
Mr. Miller moved that a committee
of three be appointed to look up the
law on mortijaei and report the same
to the Hoard. Motion carried.

olution and moved its adoption:
To the honorable R.nid of Super
visors of (Jratiot county now in session.
Whereas, by a statement from the
County Treasurer a certain drain tax
levied in the year lwi on a cei tain Co.
drain known as the Harrod Humphrey
A: Hrown drain having been reassessed
to the follow ing descriptions of lands:

teen dolhus, and the drain never hav
ing been dug. and a in the opinion of
the county drain commissioner it
