Second, to sell and conver by good and suffi cient conveyance all of the boilers, dynamos, enginesand all machinery and equipment of enery name and nature situated in the solid brick building hereinbefore described and used in connection with the operation of the electric light and water plant operated in said building and not owned by the said town of Eagle River. Third, to sell and convey by good and suffi cient conveyance with covenants of warranty and against incumbrances, the electric poles and wires stretched thereon throughout the streets of tho village of Eagle River in said tawn of Eagle River and used by the under signed, Eagle River Light & Water Company, in lighting the streets of said village of Eagle River ana in furnishing lights to private per sons in said village. Fourth, to cancel and surrender up to said town of Eagle Riker all franchises held by said Eagle River Light & Water Company, for the operation of an electric light plant in said, vil lage of Eagle River, and to cancel and surrend er up all contracts for the lighting of streets in said [village of Eagle River now existing be tween said Eagle River Light & Water Com pany and the Town of Eagle River, and also to surrender up and cancel all contracts existing between said town of Eagle River and the said Eagle River Light and Water Company for the pumping of water for fire protection it) said village of Eagle River. Fifth, in consideration of the foregoing, the said town of Eagle River is to pay to the said Eagle River Light and Water Company the sum of nineteen thousand dollars ($19,000) on or before the first day of May, 1'905, or issue and deli ver to the said Eagle River Light & Water Company, on or before said date, the negotiable corporate bonds of said town of Eagle Kiver for the said sum of nineteen thousand dollars with interest at 5 per cent, per annum, pay able semi-annually, the principal payable at Such time and in such amounts as may be des ignated by the said town of Eagle diver, prin cipal and interest to be paid within twenty (20) years, the said town of Eagle River to con duct the exhaust steam from the pumps used by said town in furnishing fire protection to the private heating line where the same is now being conducted for the period of five years, provided however, that if the said town of Eagle River changes the location of its ' pumps, or uses someother power than sfeam, the provision fop conduct ing exhaust steam shall no longer be binding on said town of Eagle R iver.
