Blackwell Elects New Officials At the first election in the new town of Blackwell, the following officials were elected: Phillip D Planner, chair man; Daniel Strohm and Phillip Baum gartner, supervisors; 0. C. Ballinger, clerk; A. F. Johnson, treasurer; H. W. Swan, assessor; J. M. Allen, justice of the peace; H. Rynrer and Charles Allen, constables. Eighty-one votes were re corded at the election, of which 28 were cast by women.
