Have You Heard The Greatest Musical Wonder of the Age, THE ‘ VICTOB’ TALKING MACHINE ? Daily Concerts. You Are Invited. THE VICTOR TALKING MACHINE differs from all others in the remarkable fidelity with which it reproduces even the most delicate shading of musical tones, preserving uje mag netic qualities of vocal or of instrumental music with such accuracy as to make the hearer feel the inspiration of the singer or the virtuoso. The soft appealing tones of the violin and the subtle variations of the human voice are repro duced as distinctly as the strident notes of the banjo or the blare of the trumpet and the clash of the drum and cymbal. It is. therefore, not merely an amusing toy or the pastime of an idle hour, as most talking machines are at best, but it is a perpetual source of genuine aesthetic pleasure. Hundreds of New Records. WILLIAMS, 106 Scott Street Signs of Disease The First Signs of Disease are a Poor Complexion, Weakness, Emacia tion and Lack of Vitality. The first sigp of returning health is increase of flesh, strength and vigor. This weakness, emaciation and lack of vitality simply means that certain substances, which go to make up the blood and nerves, have become ex hausted; and to renew flesh, muscle and strength, these substances must be restored. Dr. Chase’s Blood and Nerve Food is composed of the same kind of substances that are lacking in the impoverished blood and nerves when in poor health, and abundant in the rich juices that flow through the system when in perfect health. If peo ple would take this food occasionally when in health to keep their blood and nerves in good condition, many spells of sickness and wasting disease would be prevented. It makes sick people cell, puts solid flesh and mus cle on thin people, gives strength to weak people, restores the lost vitality to nervous people, imparts the tint of health to pale and sallow people. The stinging pain was there all day if I made auj’ movement or stooped and every morning frequently alter a rest less night my back was as stiff as a poker. Ever on the look out for some thing to radically check the trouble, something that hitherto I was totally unable to find, I procured Doan’s Kidney Pills at Albers’ drug store and took them strictly- according to direc tions. Wausau, Wis., Nov. 11, 1903. In the early part of the past summer my oldest son, who is sixteen years of age, became afflicted with St. Vitus lfance. He soon became very bad, so that in all his waking hours he was in constant motion of his limbs and body also, that constant involuntary motion that is peculiar to sueh cases, while at the same time it was with great diffi culty that he could speak, and theu only a word at a time. We had to feed him and at times he seemed unable to chew and swallow the food given him. Wo had, for a while, a great deal of trouble to get him quiet at. night, as he would stay on the bed only as be went, immediately to sleep. He commenced taking Clark’s Nerve Tonic about July Kith, but did not seem to improve for several weeks, but finally improved nicely, and at the present time is en tirely free from all involuntary move ments peculiar to that ailment. The only thing that shows he is not his old self is a weakness of his left hand and arm. We shall keep him taking the Nerve Tonic until lie is all right. He lias taken about eight bottles. I am fully satisfied that it is a most excellent medicine, will do all that is claimed for it, but that it is all important that the directions he strictly followed out. Henry Brose, 714 Plumer St. This medicine also gives prompt re lief in all eases of bed-wetting and, when used a sufficient length of time, effects a permanent cure. Sold In Wausau at Frost-Philbrick drug store, 506 Third St., also at Chas. Helke’s. 311-313 Fourth St. Price $1 per 8 ounce bottle. Three bottles securely packed in light wooden box, $2 50.
