A cir cular giving the impression made by the school on Lieut. Batehelor and Capt. Wygant, both detailed from U. S. Army as Tactical Officers, is well worth the attention of parents. We note that the Superintendent has abandoned attending the State rair even, as being more burtfui than helpful.
