Complaint having been made of ths annoyance, and in many cases of act ual damage done, by the firing off of giant fire crackers, revolvers with blank cartridges, loaded canes and the like noise producing devices, the firing off of any such devices on July 3, July 4 and July 5, 1909, within the limits of the city of Fargo, is hereby strictly prohibited.
